Potato Salad HotCuisine: Parve Category: Side Dish Servings: 6 Ingredients:3 lb. potatoes1 tbs olive oil 1/4 C. chopped onion 1 Tbs. flour 2 tsp. salt 1/4 Tbs. sugar 1/4 tsp. pepper 2/3 C. cider vinegar 1/3 C. water 1/2 tsp. celery seed 3 Tbs. chopped parsley Instructions:Cook potatoes in jackets until tender. Cool, peel, and thinly slice. Heat oil & fry chopped onion and cook one minute or until translucent. Blend in the flour, sugar, salt and pepper. Add vinegar and water.
