Ingredients:

Dunkan Hines Brownies parve
2 eggs
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup oil
5 Graham Crackers(optional)
2 cups mini marshmallows or
Marshmallow Fluff
1 cup choc chips
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)







Instructions:

Heat oven 350. Follow recipe for Fudge brownies for a 9x12 pan. Grease pan. Bake for 25-30 min. .If using, break 5 crackers into 1/4's. (optional). Brownies are done when toothpick comes out clean when inserted 1 inch from edge of pan. do not cool. Sprinkle marshmallowes or spread micro heated (15 sec) marshmallow fluff and then sprinkle chips over surface and return to oven for 2-4 min to melt. Remove from oven and spread melted chips all over. Arrange broken crackers over hot marshmallows and press down slightly. or sprinkle nuts over surface and press down slightly. Cool slightly. Cut into serving pieces. If using crackers, cut around crackers. 24 squares. Can be frozen Suggestion:Overbaked brownies are dry and chalky and the chocolate flavor is diminished. Use the skewer test to determine doneness, but look for moist sticky crumbs. Stick skewer along the edge of pan not in center
