Ingredients:

10 oz bag of fresh spinach
2 tbs olive oil
1 chopped garlic clove
1/2 lemon (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions:

Clean & trim spinach. Heat pan add oil til hot. Add garlic & saute 1-2 min. remove from fire and add cleaned spinach into pan & cover. Return to med heat for 6 min. season to taste add lemon juice if desired. serve warm.
