Veal Polynesian

Ingredients:

8 veal ribs
13 oz drained pineapple chunks
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tbs steak sauce
1 red pepper
1 green pepper


Instructions:

Sprinkle veal with garlic,pepper & paprika and single layer in baking pan. Drain pineapple chunks set aside. Mix juice from pineapple with ketchup, brown sugar, steak sauce. Pour over veal and cover and seal with foil. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour or until veal is tender. Uncover add pineapple and sliced peppers and bake another 1/2 hour.
