Veal Loaves

Ingredients:

2 garlic cloves
2 lbs ground veal or beef
2 medium potatoes
2 large carrots
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 large onion
2 tbs steak sauce
2 eggs
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tbs instant onion soup mix
2 tbs salsa


Instructions:

Drop garlic thru processor tube while the machine is running. Process until minced. Add all cut vegetables & process until well chopped. Add eggs. Add mixture to meat and mix together with breadcrumbs. Mixture should be firm enough to make small loaves. If not add a little more breadcrumbs. Shape into small loaves and bake @ 375 until done about 1 hour. Can be frozen
