Chicken Cutlets ItalianCuisine: Pesach Category: Poultry Servings: 6 Ingredients:8 chicken cutlets2 eggs 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup flour add spices flavored breadcrumbs 1 large chopped onion 1 tbs oil 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup italian dressing Instructions:Heat oven 325. Trim and pound thin all chicken cutlets. Beat eggs, water & flour to make a thin smooth batter. Add spices such as garlic onion powder, italian spices. Heat oil in skillet. Dip cutlets in egg mixed with water and then crumbs repeat into egg Fry till lightly brown on both sides. Remove to paper towel to drain. Place in oven to keep hot. Wipe pan with paper & Saute onion til brown & add all other ingredients and simmer for 5 min. Plate cutlets and pour sauce over them.
