Chocolate Mousse CakeCuisine: Pesach Category: Cake & frost Servings: 18 Ingredients:10 oz parve choc chips2 tbs orange juice 1 tbs Kahlua 1/2 cup margarine 6 separated eggs 1 cup sugar 4 tbs corn flake crumbs 2 cont. parve whip (16 oz) 2+ tbs instant vanilla pudding 1 tbs Kahlua/Sabra Instructions:In Micro melt choc chips, orange juice,Kahlua. Cream 1/4 cup sugar with margarine, add egg yolks and melted choc chips. Beat egg whites stiff. Add remaining sugar and beat in. Gently and slowly fold in choc egg mixture. Divide batter in half and refrigerate half. To the other half, add 2 tbs crumbs. Pour into 10" greased springform pan. Bake this half @ 350 for 20 min. Remove and cool. Beat parve whip until thickened and add pudding and Kahlua. Add more pudding if thicker consistency is desired. Pour the refrigerated mousse into the cooled baked pan and top with whipped cream. Heap more in center to form a peak. Substitution: Instead of corn flakes sift in 2 tbs of potato starch. or or corn starch.
