Chocolate Mousse Pie

Ingredients:

8 oz choc chips
3 tbs orange juice
1 tbs liqueur
8 large separated eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)




Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9" pie pan and dust with powdered sugar. Micro choc chips, orange juice, Kahlua on low till melted. Beat in one egg yolk at a time. Add vanilla and almond extract. Beat egg whites till foamy gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold egg whites in gently into chocolate mixture. Fold 4 cups into pie pan and bake @ 350 for about 20-25 min. Cool for 15 min then chill. Center will fall. Pour reserved mousse into pie shell and chill overnight. If desired, sprinkle with sliced almonds or top with whipped cream. Whip cream with one tbs of Instant vanilla pudding & 1 tbs of flavoring
